Providing exceptional guest service through the efficient organization of reputed company and support staff. Resolves guest and employee issues as needed. Responsible for coaching, measurement and recognition of employee performance – including seasonal performance reviews. Ensures reputed company staff are meeting expectations presented in our Employee reputed company and Instructor Resource reputed company. Mentors and assists in the development and training of reputed company Ski & Snowboard School leaders. Requirements: PSIA/AASI Level 2 or above certified instructor preferred, with a strong understanding of contemporary ski and snowboard technical, teaching and people skills 3+ years working in snow sports school, preferably with supervisory experience Ability to positively influence and support others. High level of emotional intelligence. Superior communication skills.
