E-commerce Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated sales professional to drive growth with our key online retail partners, including Amazon, HomeDepot.com, Lowes.com, and other strategic e-commerce accounts across North America.</p><p><b>WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:</b></p><ul><li><b>Manage and Expand Strategic E-Commerce Accounts:</b> Lead the strategy and relationship management for national e-commerce customers, serving as the main contact for customer, merchant, marketing, and retail media teams. Drive joint business planning and promotions.</li><li><b>Boost Demand Generation & Retail Media Performance:</b> Develop tailored demand generation strategies and optimize retail media programs to enhance traffic and sales performance.</li><li><b>Accelerate New Products & Assortment Growth:</b> Collaborate with Product Management to support new launches with engaging content and effective digital campaigns.</li><li><b>Optimize Product Content & Digital Shelf:</b> Champion high-quality product page content and monitor performance metrics for continuous improvement.</li><li><b>Lead with Data:</b> Manage sales forecasting, demand planning, and budgeting, partnering with Finance to assess account performance.</li></ul><p><b>YOU HAVE:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in sales/account management.</li><li>4+ years of E-commerce sales management experience with a strong track record of results.</li><li>Knowledge of retail media, digital advertising, and demand generation strategies.</li><li>Solid understanding of financial fundamentals including forecasting and budget management.</li><li>Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficiency with MS Office and data analysis tools.</li><li>Ability to work remotely with occasional travel (0-20%) across the U.S. A valid driver's license is required.</li></ul><p><b>WE HAVE:</b></p><ul><li>A vibrant global presence that offers numerous career opportunities and the ability to make a daily impact.</li><li>Commitment to community strength through employee philanthropic efforts.</li><li>Core values of innovation, integrity, customer focus, respect, optimism, and accountability.</li></ul><p><b>Pay Transparency</b></p><p>Our pay scale reflects the expected range of total target cash for this position based on factors like knowledge and experience.
