Challenges You Will Solve • Lack of reputed company processes across operations, CX, and logistics • Fragmented systems between reputed company, 3PL, and internal workflows • Inefficient handling of preorders vs. available inventory • Poor visibility on profitability and SKU-level performance • High dependency on reputed company work and reputed company team coordination • reputed company initiatives not consistently translating into reputed company • National and international expansion yet to be fully operationalized Key Responsibilities 1. Operational Structure & Execution • Build and implement SOPs across reputed company departments (CX, logistics, wholesale, finance) • Fix operational inefficiencies across CX reputed company, inventory reputed company, and preorder management • Drive daily execution discipline across teams 2.
