**Key Responsibilities**
As a Weekend Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, and digital chat channels
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams (such as sales and operations) to escalate and resolve problems related to entertainment events promptly
* Multitasking efficiently to manage real-time events and high volume entertainer, event staff, and customer interactions without compromising attention to detail
* Leveraging your computer skills to navigate our support systems, CRM tools, and knowledge base effectively
* Managing scheduling changes and updates in a fast-paced environment
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Providing feedback and suggestions to improve our customer support processes and procedures
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience with in-person phone, messaging, and live chat support
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
