As a Chat Sales Support Representative, you will be an integral part of our sales support team, working closely with Lead Distributors, Account Executives, and sales agents to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** As a Chat Sales Support Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Working with Lead Distributors and Account Executives to evaluate leads according to qualification criteria, ensuring that we're focusing on the most promising opportunities * Providing exceptional support to sales agents and responding to customer and prospect queries in a timely and professional manner * Calling open leads to qualify their interest and ensure that we're not missing out on potential sales * Staying up-to-date with new products and feature launches, and ensuring that the sales team is informed and equipped to effectively communicate the value proposition * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our internal CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams * Building and maintaining regular contact with prospective customers, leads, and accounts to nurture relationships and drive sales growth * Developing a deep understanding of our products and services, becoming a product expert and a trusted resource for our customers and sales team * Mastering our CRM system and other tools, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide exceptional support and drive sales success **Experience and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * 3+ years of experience as a sales support specialist or sales support associate, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth * Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and prospects across various channels * In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices * Expert data entry skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail * Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Hands-on experience with CRM systems, including data entry, reporting, and analysis * Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and basic Office programs * Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, optimistic disposition, and a team player mentality **Education and Certifications** While a High School Diploma is required, we prefer candidates with a College Degree.
