**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service - Event Expert, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing specialized support to our customers through email, chat, and phone, with a reputed company on reputed company reputed company customer phone support
* Using metrics and consumer reputed company to help improve arenaflex's services and work with your managers to evaluate your performance against reputed company benchmarks

* A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and experience working in Customer Service, preferably in a reputed company or high-volume company

* Strong communication skills and the ability to carry on a conversation with anyone
