We're committed to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels * Instructing customers on equipment operation and usage * Troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions to eliminate problems in minimum time * Performing routine system maintenance and analysis functions, including hardware configurations and adding, removing, and replacing equipment components * Completing system programming and optimization as part of the installation process * Providing on-site end-user training on system operation, maintenance, and limited troubleshooting * Maintaining effective customer communications and relations * Working on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizing the need for occasional deviation from accepted practices * Assisting and training less experienced personnel **Key Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong technical skills, including knowledge of IT systems and software * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences * Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent, plus advanced training * 3-4 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role * Active DoD Secret Clearance * Ability to work afterhours/weekend telephone support on a rotating basis **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with Air Force BMC Remedy trouble ticket system, Cyberspace Infrastructure Planning System (CIPS), and Integrated Data Maintenance System (IMDS) * Course completion certification for Microsoft Windows 10 * Experience working in a similar role, with a focus on IT solutions and communications services **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
