**What You Can Expect**
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you can look forward to:
* A competitive hourly rate starting at $25.13/hour, plus a shift premium (where applicable)
* An annual performance-related bonus
* 4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first year

**What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A diploma of college studies (technical DCS) in a relevant field
* At least 1 year of relevant experience
* Other combinations of relevant training and experience may be considered
* Knowledge of French is required
* For certain positions, advanced level proficiency in English may be required due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking members and clients
* Work arrangements vary depending on the position and involve either hybrid work or telework
