Our commitment to excellence has earned us a reputation as a trusted partner in the industry, and we're excited to expand our team with talented individuals who share our passion for growth and innovation. **Job Summary** As a Part-time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for entering and reconciling daily data received from each location, working closely with our Accounting Manager to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to learn and adapt to new software and procedures. If you're a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude, we encourage you to apply! **Responsibilities** * Understand and live our company values, which prioritize patient care, innovation, and teamwork * Handle confidential patient information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality * Enter data from each center's daily report into our Excel tracking sheet, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail * Follow up with center management to obtain missing documents or information as needed * Enter monthly patient feedback scores into our master case tracker, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement * Reconcile data across multiple sources into a daily report to be given to the Accounting Manager, ensuring accuracy and efficiency * Collaborate with the Sales and Management team to ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry * Attend a weekly meeting with the Accounting Manager to check in, train, and discuss any challenges or concerns * Learn and adapt to new software and procedures as needed, demonstrating a willingness to grow and develop with the company * Document new and existing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency across the organization * Assist the Accounting department with other tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team **Requirements** * Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results * Intermediate to advanced experience with Excel, including PivotTable experience (a plus) * Data entry experience (a plus), with a strong understanding of data management and analysis * Strong math and number skills, with the ability to accurately enter and reconcile financial data * Critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with the Sales and Management team * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality * Friendly and positive attitude, with a strong team-oriented approach and a focus on communication and collaboration * Ability to adapt and change as the company grows and evolves, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills **Results** As a Part-time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be expected to deliver accurate and detail-oriented results, meeting assigned deadlines and providing good quality data. You'll work closely with the Accounting Manager to ensure accuracy and efficiency, and collaborate with the Sales and Management team to ensure consistency and accuracy in data entry.
