**Program Overview**
Our 14-week program, running from January 13th to April 15th, 2025, offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills, build your confidence, and make a meaningful contribution to our team. As a service provider, you'll be expected to commit to the full program duration, working a minimum of 30 hours per week. **Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
* Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing your problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot software-related issues
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team productivity goals and meet service level commitments

**Operating Hours and Peak Periods**
Our operating hours are from 8 am to midnight Eastern Standard Time, with a weekly quota of 30 hours. During peak periods, including April 9th to 15th, you'll be expected to work a minimum of 8 hours per day, with assistance provided during this time. You'll also have access to a $5 Turbo Bonus Boost hourly during peak periods.
**Mandatory Requirements**
To be eligible for this role, you must:
* Reside within the borders of the USA
* Clear a background check and pass a technical assessment
* Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during peak periods
* Meet the minimum technical requirements, including a Windows 10 or 11 computer, AMD or Intel Core Series processor, 8gb of RAM, webcam, wired mouse, USB headset, and wired internet connection
