**The Role**
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Helping customers over phone, email, and live chat**: You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and you'll be responsible for resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* **Working within our computer system**: You'll use our system to place and research customer orders, document conversations and actions, and provide accurate and timely information to customers.
* **Pitching in where needed**: You'll be part of a dynamic team that's always looking for ways to improve the customer experience. You'll be expected to contribute to this effort by suggesting new ideas and taking ownership of projects.
