**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our airport branch team at the Eagle County Regional Airport. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional customer service, support internal and external customers, and contribute to the success of our branch. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their branch and rental needs.
* Gaining knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support, service customers, and act as a rental back-up in a large home city branch or airport location.
* Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and timely manner.
* Providing directions and general assistance.
* Assisting to assess the condition of rental upon return.
* Processing returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions.
* Effectively marketing the company while picking up customers up and/or dropping off customers in a safe and courteous manner and assisting customers as needed.
* Understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services.
* May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment.
* Notifying management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance.
* Cleaning vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment when needed.
* Performing various administrative and basic accounting functions such as research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billing.
* Performing miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* At least 18 years of age.
* A valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
* No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
* Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
* At least 6 months of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Worked 12 (twelve) months or more at most recent employer.
* Experience working late nights preferred.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, experience working in a fast-paced environment, particularly in the customer service industry, is highly desirable. Additionally, experience working in an airport or similar environment would be an asset.
