**Experienced Customer Service Representative - Remote in EST or CST**

**The Hiring Process**

**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Calling members to schedule in-home visits with a Physician or a Nurse Practitioner
* Answering inbound calls from members and assisting them with their inquiries
* Ensuring that appointments are scheduled accurately and resolving any scheduling issues or concerns
This is a high-volume, customer service environment that requires efficiency, productivity, and thoroughness. You'll need to be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evening hours and be able to type and talk at the same time while navigating through multiple screens.
**Required Qualifications**
* High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
* Must be 18 years or older
* 1 year of work experience
* Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (create/edit/save/send documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence)
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements
* Ability to work an 8-hour shift between our normal business hours of 9:00 am - 5:30 pm local time. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in the health care industry
* Experience working with Medicaid or Medicare
* Experience working in a customer retention-focused role
**Telecommuting Requirements**
* Reside within EST or CST
* Ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
* Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.
* Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group-approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.
* Must be able to connect directly into the internet via a hard wire (either directly to the modem or router).
**Soft Skills**
* Ability to type and talk at the same time while navigating through multiple screens
* Experience working in a metric-driven work environment
* Experience using an auto dialer system
* All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to arenaflex's Telecommuter Policy
**Compensation and Benefits**
The hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors, including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. arenaflex complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, arenaflex offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
