As a Full Stack Data Scientist, you will be part of a dynamic team that works closely with our US stores and eCommerce business to empower customers, associates, and suppliers with technological innovation. **Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Scientist, you will be responsible for: * **Data Source Identification**: Identify relevant data sources, define data requirements, and extract data from various sources, including external assets. * **Problem Formulation**: Analyze business problems, question assumptions, and develop solutions to drive business outcomes. * **Analytical Modeling**: Develop and deploy machine learning models, conduct exploratory data analysis, and identify dimensions and designs of experiments. * **Model Deployment & Scaling**: Work with MLOps to push ML models to production, continuously log and track model performance, and identify model parameters for adjustments. * **Code Development & Testing**: Write code to develop solutions, create test cases, and validate proposed answer layouts. * **Applied Business Acumen**: Evaluate business cases, influence stakeholder decision-making, and translate business requirements into strategies and initiatives. * **Model Assessment & Validation**: Identify and evaluate model assessment metrics, apply testing and tuning strategies, and ensure testing records are documented and maintained. * **Data Visualization and Storytelling**: Identify and recommend visualization tools, generate graphical representations of data, and present insights to various audiences. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * 4 years of experience in an analytics-related field, with a strong background in machine learning, statistics, and data science. * Proficiency in programming languages, including Python and R. * Experience with MLOps, coding standards, and data visualization tools. * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex algorithm evaluations into simple language. **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a related field. * Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure. * Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI. * Strong business acumen and experience working with stakeholders to drive business outcomes. **What You'll Bring** As a Full Stack Data Scientist, you will bring a unique combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and communication skills to our team.
