**Join our VUE Team**
We're growing fast, and we're looking for a self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented individual to join our VUE (arenaflex Underwriting Experience) Team as a work-from-home Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders through inbound phone calls. This is not a traditional call center job – we're an insurance agency that values personalized interactions and helps customers troubleshoot their policy-related issues.

**Essential Functions**
* Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License
* Work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a low-supervision environment
* Maintain regular and timely attendance
* Make decisions, solve problems, and uphold an ethical standard
* Manage individual stress and composure
* Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Designated space and internet capability to work from home
* Ability to pass a background check
* Extensive experience with Microsoft Office or G-Suite
* 2 years of customer service experience
