**Experienced Full Stack Developer – Identity and Access Management (IAM) Integration Specialist**

Our team is dedicated to developing solutions that make a real difference in people's lives, and we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Developer – IAM Integration Specialist, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) events within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. You'll work closely with our international-class software and platform teams to develop scalable, nimble solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and JML events within our IAM system * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, nimble solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business * Implement SailPoint integration with robust IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data * Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in an enterprise environment * Implementation of JML events, custom/Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) LCM Workflows to meet business requirements * Strong knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI, and SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding * Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and JML events within our IAM system **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field * 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company * Strong exposure to Identity and Access Management (IAM), Access Control, RBAC, Role Mining, Access Aggregation/Certification, and Federation * Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and Square Server * Strong experience with SailPoint implementation and IAM domain best practices * Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in an enterprise environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field * 5+ years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company * Strong experience with WebServices, RestAPI, and SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules * Experience with JML events, custom/Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) LCM Workflows * Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines * Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices * Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and best practices **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
