As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll play a vital role in connecting with our website visitors, validating and prequalifying leads, and driving business growth through exceptional customer interactions. Our team is passionate about making a positive impact in the industries we serve, and we're always looking for talented individuals who share our vision. **The Role** As a LiveChat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through real-time live chat interactions with our website visitors. You'll be the first point of contact for new leads, and your goal will be to validate and prequalify them for our sales team. You'll also be responsible for: * Entering marketing qualified leads into Salesforce.com * Transitioning qualified leads to Sales Managers as Salesforce.com Opportunities * Becoming an expert in the live chat platform * Developing a deep understanding of our products and services * Staying informed on arenaflex's product features, promotions, and FAQs * Creating canned responses and enhancing the tagging system in the live chat platform * Enhancing training and best practices documentation * Developing and communicating ideas for improvement in our customer journey * Monitoring KPIs: response time, customer satisfaction, volume/schedule, etc. * Collaborating with sales team and key marketing team members, related to leads and live chat * Performing other assigned tasks **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Commercial modular construction industry experience (an asset) * Live chat, B2B Telemarketing or sales experience (an asset) * Salesforce.com experience (an asset) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Keen ability to multitask and prioritize * Organized with attention to detail * Customer service oriented * Empathy and patience in dealing with various customer inquiries * Self-motivated and self-starter with strong work ethic and integrity * Tactful and inquisitive * Proficient in MS Office * Minimum accurate typing speed of 50 wpm * Ability to comply with all company employment policies * Limited travel requirement (up to 10%) **What We Offer** As a LiveChat Agent at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a comprehensive compensation package, including: * Base salary commensurate with experience and industry standards * Full benefit package, including health plan, 401K, paid vacation, education reimbursement * Opportunity to work from home with a preference for candidates located near one of our branch offices in Calgary, Alberta or Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **About arenaflex's Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, safety, and innovation.
