As a Data Entry & Claims Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in managing and updating member-level records, processing claims data, and ensuring compliance with guidelines. Your responsibilities will include:
* Accurately processing and managing claims data, ensuring alignment with established procedures and timelines.
* Making routine decisions based on discretion, escalating significant matters as necessary.
* Maintaining accurate, up-to-date member records, confirming eligibility and effective dates for benefits.
* Applying policy provisions effectively and handling sensitive customer data with discretion and confidentiality.
* Demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to customer needs, ensuring high-quality service in all tasks.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
* Experience: No prior experience required. On-the-job training will be provided.
