As we continue to grow and evolve, we're drawing on our history to branch into new sectors beyond student loans, delivering the same level of exceptional care and service that our customers have come to depend on. **The Opportunity** As a Customer Service Representative I at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing high-quality service to customers related to the Department of Education's Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). You'll participate in high-volume outbound and inbound call campaigns, adhere to approved call scripts and compliance guidelines, and respond to customer questions while ensuring the highest standards of customer service.
