**What You'll Do On The Daily**
As an arenaflex Customer Support Agent, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their goals. Here are some of the exciting responsibilities you'll take on:
* Provide top-notch customer service during each call, ensuring that our customers feel heard, understood, and supported
* Contribute to the successful achievement of customer service KPIs, including call time, first call resolution, customer retention, and customer satisfaction
* Handle high call volumes, juggling inbound, outbound, email, and chat support with ease
* Help us improve our customer service by providing feedback on recurring customer issues and suggesting solutions to further enhance our service
* Develop individualized solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer
* Act as a liaison between customers, partners, and sales consultants, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
* Communicate with your team to ensure a smooth experience for our customers
* Provide in-depth advice and knowledge on hearing loss, empowering our customers to take control of their hearing health
**What You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique combination of skills, qualities, and characteristics. Here's what we're looking for:
* **Great Empathy & Customer-Centric Mindset**: You have a natural ability to understand and connect with customers, genuinely caring about their needs and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations.
* **Growth Mindset**: You're a strong learner, always looking for ways to improve and adapt to new systems, technology, and challenges. You're not intimidated by learning new tools, such as Salesforce, Twilio, Zoom, Outlook, and Chrome.
* **Reliable Network Connectivity**: You must be able to hardwire to your home network, with a download speed of at least 100Mbps and an upload speed of at least 20Mbps. We'll provide the necessary equipment, including a laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and ethernet cable.

* **Remote, Full-Time Schedule**: Enjoy a flexible schedule with 8-hour shifts, including 1 hour for lunch, between 8AM and 8PM in your local time zone, including rotating Saturdays. Schedules are subject to change.
* **Competitive Compensation**: Earn a guaranteed base rate of $23 per hour, plus commissions, with a potential earnings range of $300-$600 per month.
