**Experienced Data Entry Administrator – Healthcare Operations and Compliance**

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Administrator to join our team in support of a proposed repatriation initiative. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and availability of patient information and medical records within our healthcare systems. This role is essential in supporting efficient operations, compliance with regulations, and enhancing overall healthcare quality by managing essential documentation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Accurately input and update patient information in electronic health records (EHR) and other databases, ensuring the availability of reliable data for patient care and administrative functions.
* Verify and ensure the accuracy of data entries and resolve discrepancies as needed, maintaining confidentiality and security of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
* Assist in organizing and maintaining physical and digital files, including scanning and uploading documents, and generate reports and documents as requested by healthcare professionals and administrators.
* Support the healthcare team by providing timely access to accurate data and information, collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and data flow.
* Participate in training and compliance meetings to stay current with policies and procedures, and undertake additional duties as required.
**Qualifications:**
* Experience in a healthcare setting, with cultural sensitivity and awareness, and the willingness to work with a foreign national patient population.
* Effective oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both English and Spanish preferred.
* Proficient IT skills, including use of electronic medical records systems and software skills.
* High School Diploma or equivalent, with current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
* Must be a US Citizen or possess a permanent resident card, with current MRPT Clearance preferred.
**Physical Requirements:**
* Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
* Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time.
* May require bending, stooping, and lifting up to 15 lbs.
**Additional Information:**
* Pay range is based on several factors and may vary, with a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
* Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
* Compensation Min: $18/hr Max: $45/hr
