**Responsibilities**
As a Technical Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch technical support to our customers. * Providing prompt, efficient, and detailed service by engaging directly with arenaflex's customers through various communication channels, including chat, email, inbound and outbound voice calls.

* Working closely with customers to understand how they use arenaflex products to resolve their issues and maximize their investments, providing personalized solutions that meet their unique needs.
* Acting as an advocate for our customers by reporting and acting on observed areas for improvement, driving positive change and innovation within our organization.
* Actively seeking solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership, and suggesting innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in delivering exceptional support.
* Assisting with customer communication and troubleshooting during arenaflex product launches, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for our customers.

* Developing detailed knowledge about specific product lines and features, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements in our industry.
* Handling various contact types, including chat, email, inbound and outbound voice calls with customers, providing a personalized and responsive experience.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays, to meet the needs of our customers and business.
* Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in high-pressure situations.
