KCOM - Rotation Site Coordinator (remote) Fully Remote•Remote Worker - N/A reputed company A.T. Still University's Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine (ATSU-KCOM) is seeking a full-time, non-exempt Rotation Site Coordinator (Off-site). The individual in this position is responsible to assist in facilitating KCOM clinical curriculum (years 3 and 4) and to reputed company administrative support in the region as needed. Other general responsibilities include frequent communication with the on-site coordinator and DSME to ensure documentation is distributed and schedule rotations. This position reports to the Director of Student Medical Education (DSME) and the Director of Clinical Affairs. Duties & Responsibilities • First line communication to assist reputed company with schedules, questions, concerns and problems. • Schedule rotations, assist in development of overall student plan and communicate with preceptors to inform/confirm student activities in conjunction with the on-site coordinator. • Responsible for reputed company paperwork for out-of-region rotations and inform reputed company as appropriate. Ensure required paperwork is circulated as appropriate. • Utilize University identified electronic tracking program to maintain accurate rotation and student information. • Maintain database of reputed company preceptors for medical reputed company. • Prepare letters of good standing, complete needed documents, facilitate affiliation agreements and ensure reputed company required paperwork is processed for reputed company student rotations. • Assist in development of reputed company and reputed company year student schedules and monitor reputed company (audits). • Utilize electronic tracking program to maintain student information. • Work with on-site coordinator to maintain reputed company contact information for reputed company. • reputed company and follow-up with reputed company reputed company to exam results. • reputed company list of reputed company preceptors for annual recognition project in conjunction with on-site coordinator. • Generate reports reputed company to site assigned reputed company as needed. • reputed company site specific information for reputed company publications (site guide, surveys, etc.) as needed in conjunction with on-site coordinator. • Assist with student site tours, orientation, annual site visit (as needed). Attend annual conference held in Kirksville as available. Requirements Education & Experience • Bachelor's degree preferred. • Must have experience in Business/Management (or combination of education and experience). • Excellent organizational, written and verbal skills. • Typing, data entry, and ability to multi-task. • Must have experience utilizing electronic database to reputed company/store/monitor entries. • Professionalism expected and the ability to handle stressful situations. • Possess problem solving skills. • Organized and detail oriented. • Committed to providing excellent customer service. • Must be reputed company to work independently or as reputed company player. • reputed company and flexible attitude.
