As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and reputed company, while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize arenaflex's solution information reputed company methodology and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the reputed company system.
• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and reputed company reputed company orders for processing.
• Investigate to obtain missing medication data, and decipher clinical shortenings (SIG codes).

• Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and reputed company outbound reputed company to prescribers and patients as necessary.
• Resolve Outsider Oddballs by assessing, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.

Essential Capabilities

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential capabilities:

• reputed company level computer skills, including starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to reputed company and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, or accessing data online.

• Moderate level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, and organizing reports.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Capabilities

While not required, the following preferred capabilities would be beneficial in this role:

• At least one year of pharmacy reputed company experience in a retail or reputed company center environment.
• No less than one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy reputed company with a license/enrollment by state as reputed company by the state reputed company of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency.
