We're now seeking an reputed company Customer Support Specialist to join our Melon Online Fulfillment Team and help us expand our online service offering to our US business. **The Role:** As a Customer Support Specialist on our Melon Online Fulfillment Team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers as we introduce our online platform to the market. You'll be responsible for assisting customers primarily through chat, becoming an expert on the product, and helping customers reputed company through features, triage general questions/emergency assistance, and escalate reputed company needs to dedicated day teams.
