**Your Role at arenaflex**
As a French speaking Customer Service Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing advice and support on their bookings, rental agreements, complaints, and invoices. Your role will involve:
* Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email, ensuring customers have a memorable experience with arenaflex
* Assisting business and private customers in using our online booking systems, making reservations, and offering a full-service package
* Working closely with other departments to provide a seamless customer experience and increase satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborating with international teams to share best practices and drive excellence
**Your Skills Matter**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Fluency in French and English (written and spoken), with a clear and understandable way of speaking and expressing yourself
* Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or BPO environment, with a proven track record of handling challenging customers
* Strong organizational and communicative skills, with the ability to cope with a heavy workload and prioritize tasks effectively
* A team player with a passion for international collaboration and exchange with colleagues
* Proficiency in using MS-Office programs, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
