Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the product. Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in UI/UX design and apply them to our product. Use your strong software engineering skills to develop and maintain high-quality code. Troubleshoot and debug any technical issues related to UI/UX and animations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in design and functionality across different platforms. Mentor and guide junior engineers in UI/UX design and development. Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of the UI/UX and animations. Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve the overall user experience.
