As a Customer Care Specialist on our FinOps team, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for customers with financial-reputed company inquiries. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have a reputed company experience with arenaflex. This is a remote-eligible position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from reputed company in the reputed company.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Research, respond to, and resolve inquiries from customers reputed company 48 hours of receiving the inquiry, prioritizing based on customer reputed company
* Answer customer payment and invoice questions
* Assist customers with desired changes to their account
* Assist arenaflex employees with questions and problems

* High School Diploma/GED required
* Experience with Service Ticket/Case systems
* Experience with ERP systems
* Experience with Data Entry
* 1+ years of Customer Service experience
* Excellent verbal and telephone skills
* Type 50+ words per minute with high accuracy
* Regular and predictable attendance is a function of the job
