Sr, DBA/Developer-Hybrid in reputed company Palm This role is responsible for the administration, reputed company, development, and optimization of SQL Server environments, owning the database lifecycle from performance tuning and HA/DR to schema design and T-SQL development. Benefits • Medical/Dental/FSA Account (Coverage from employer varies on plan) • Telehealth • reputed company • Pet Insurance & reputed company Supplemental • FRS (457b)/Pension Plan • PTO & Holidays Key responsibilities: • Install, configure, reputed company, monitor, and maintain SQL Server across production/stage/dev • Performance monitoring and tuning (indexing, execution plans, query optimization) • Backup/recovery plus high availability & disaster recovery (including Always On Availability reputed company) • reputed company hardening, RBAC/reputed company controls, encryption (TDE/Always Encrypted), auditing/alerting, and compliance support • Database development: schemas, stored procedures, functions, views, triggers; support integrations/ETL (SSIS where applicable) • Technical leadership: mentoring, setting standards, reputed company/design reviews, and cross-functional collaboration Required qualifications: • 7+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA with hands-on performance tuning and HA/DR • Strong T-SQL development and relational database design background • Proven experience securing 100+ SQL Servers (hardening, reputed company control, encryption, auditing) • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Azure SQL / Azure SQL Managed Instance / AWS RDS (Preferred/+) • SSIS/SSRS/SSAS, PowerShell, and database CI/CD (Git/Azure DevOps, etc.) Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
