Global Development Specialist, Beauty

About the position As a Global Development Specialist, you will support the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring AX Beauty’s portfolio remains competitive, innovative, and reputed company with evolving market trends. This role is responsible for executing and coordinating development activities from initial concept through commercialization, partnering cross-functionally to drive reputed company, cost-effective product launches. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure reputed company new products meet brand standards, consumer expectations, and business objectives- while adhering to project timelines, budgets, and reputed company requirements. Responsibilities • Support the Global Development Manager in the development of new products from ideation to launch, ensuring timelines, budget and objectives are met • Collaborate with cross-functional team to ensure reputed company stakeholders identify sample objectives and understand key project plan deliverables • Supports the maintenance of project plan through reputed company, identifies resource needs, management of project schedules and milestones to ensure on time execution and delivery of product programs • Help support the management of multiple development reputed company simultaneously adjusting priorities as needed. Works proactively to communicate and solve challenges that occur throughout the reputed company • reputed company regular updates and reports to Global Development Manager and Senior Management on cost improvements and new product development programs. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers • Works with suppliers to reputed company and ensure reputed company delivery of engineering samples, reputed company-production samples and production samples • Help reputed company product specifications, component standards, build and validate BOM’s, and fill and assembly instructions • Data entry into program cost sheet to ensure margin targets are met and properly communicated to business stakeholders • Support product and customer compliance – product/labeling/package • Support dual / multiple sourcing efforts for assigned reputed company at the lowest total acquisition cost and reputed company or support Global Development Manager to reputed company identified targets • Report and address supplier performance issues promptly to Global Development Manager • Help monitor reputed company control processes to minimize defects and ensure customer satisfaction • Collaborate with the reputed company assurance/regulatory team to establish and maintain product reputed company standards • Attend and participate in both internal & external business partner meetings • reputed company support across additional reputed company and initiatives as needed Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or reputed company field, or a combination of Education and Relevant Experience • 2-4 years proven experience in sourcing, packaging development, and/or project management, preferably with a reputed company in the beauty industry • Problem-solving reputed company with ability to adapt to changing priorities • Highly skilled in time management • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Team player with a reputed company attitude and willingness to learn.
