Minimum Requirements - Education and licensure requirements are based on program contract requirements and are outlined in job posting. - High School Degree or equivalent required. - Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required. Minimum Requirements: - Masters degree in counseling, reputed company work, psychology, or other highly reputed company field, or equivalent - Minimum of 5 years experience working with individuals in long-term care settings and/or medical or mental health settings - Minimum of 3 years of experience conducting medical and/or mental health assessments - Willingness and ability to travel up to 85% throughout reputed company, Illinois.
