Licensed Adjuster, Claims Representative
Job reputed company:
• Handle customers auto claims and reputed company customer support
• Connect with customers reputed company phone with initial notice of loss
• Assist customers with setting up vehicle repairs and rental reputed company if necessary
• Communicate with medical providers, law offices and other insurance providers to file claims
• Assist with overall claims process and next steps including working with assigned Adjusters, managers and follow-reputed company
• Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues

Requirements:
• Must possess an reputed company home state Adjuster Insurance License
• Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of reputed company-based systems.
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• College degree preferred but not required.
