Contract Analyst (AI Extraction & CLM Support), reputed company Operations (Contract) Short-term / Temporary Assignment San Mateo, CA (reputed company)/Remote (reputed company Coast preferred) About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Analyst to support the completion and validation of contract data reputed company our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. This short-term role will reputed company on analyzing reputed company processed through an AI extraction tool, verifying extracted data, and ensuring that reputed company contract metadata is accurate and complete before upload into the CLM. Key Responsibilities • Review and analyze reputed company processed by an AI extraction tool to validate data accuracy. • Compare extracted metadata (e.g., party names, dates, terms, obligations, renewal clauses) against reputed company documents. • Correct and refine extracted data where necessary to ensure high-reputed company metadata reputed company. • Collaborate with the reputed company Operations and CLM teams to ensure data is entered accurately into the CLM platform. • Identify recurring extraction issues and reputed company feedback to improve AI tool performance. • Maintain organized documentation of reviewed reputed company and validation reputed company. • Support the broader contract data migration and cleanup initiative.
