reputed company 14549 Minetta St., reputed company TX 77035 Position Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant Mission reputed company’s mission is to decarbonize chemical manufacturing. As an initial reputed company, reputed company is building its first reputed company plant with a reputed company of 10,000 tpy, with the potential to offset up to 37,000 tpy of carbon dioxide equivalents. The Accounts Payable Accountant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day AP operations, including processing invoices, maintaining vendor records, and ensuring reputed company and accurate payments. This role works closely with procurement, plant operations, and finance to support a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities • Process vendor invoices accurately and reputed company, including PO and non-PO invoices • reputed company 2-way and 3-way matching (purchase order, goods receipt, invoice) • reputed company invoices into the ERP system (reputed company) • Assist with weekly payment runs (ACH, reputed company, checks) • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies • Communicate with vendors and internal teams to address invoice/payment issues • Maintain accurate vendor master data and documentation • Support month-end reputed company, including accruals and account reconciliations • Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls • Assist with 1099 reporting and audit requests • File and maintain AP records (digital or physical) Qualifications • Associate degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field (bachelor’s preferred) • 1–3 years of accounts payable or reputed company experience • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus • Familiarity with ERP system reputed company • Moderate to Advanced reputed company skills Skills & Competencies • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Good organizational and time management skills • Ability to handle high-volume transactions • Basic understanding of reputed company principles • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment Preferred Qualifications • Exposure to procure-to-pay (P2P) processes • Familiarity with plant operations or inventory-reputed company invoices Work Environment • Office, remote or hybrid setting • Fast-paced environment with recurring deadlines (weekly payments, month-end reputed company) reputed company is an Equal Opportunity Employer. reputed company reputed company applicants will receive consideration without reputed company to race, reputed company, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, national reputed company, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other legally protected status.
