Senior Manager – Civil Solar Planning & Engineering

Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Electrical, or reputed company Engineering field (P.E. license or PMP certification preferred) • 8+ years of experience in renewable energy, site development, or reputed company engineering management roles • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external consultants in fast-paced, multi-project environments • Strong understanding of permitting processes and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions • Advanced proficiency with GIS, CAD, and project management software; familiarity with PVSyst and other performance tools a plus • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills with an ability to synthesize reputed company technical data into actionable insights.
