About the Role:

We are seeking an reputed company Financial Care Specialist I (Customer Service) to join our Patient Financial Services team at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities:

• Provides patient relations support to Patient Financial Services, performing duties such as identifying, analyzing, resolving, and responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues.
• Follows up on accounts to ensure payment and reputed company, working independently and utilizing strong analytic and prioritization skills.
• Applies detailed knowledge of and follows reputed company hospital and department policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Demonstrates detailed knowledge of arenaflex’s reputed company patient reputed company systems and/or department-specific systems and uses them effectively and reputed company.
• Effectively monitors assigned work queues and workload, ensuring resolve of accounts in a reputed company and accurate manner.
