UI/UX Hybrid Design Position
Come help envision, define and design innovative online experiences that put our members' needs first and differentiate our products from others.
We are looking for a User Interface Designer to help design intuitive interfaces that solve complex interactions with elegance and simplicity.
Responsibilities:
• Designer will partner with product owners, analytics, and engine bring ideas to life that will positively impact our members lives.
• You will work within a cross-functional design team comprised of UX Designers, Copywriters, Researchers and Front-End Developers.
• Own the UI deliverables across a variety of products
• Work in an agile environment across multiple scrum teams
• Collaborates with product partners and business stakeholders in the creation of creative briefs.
• Designs with mobile first in mind and with an eye towards accessibility.
• Diplomatically advocates for the user and communicates informed design rational and value.
• Develops effective design solutions on time and within scope.
Requirements:
• At least 3 years experience working as a UI/UX or Graphic designer
• Wireframe work samples that can be shared
• Experience working in a collaborative environment
• Experience working in Figma
Skills and Qualifications Preferred:
• Comfort presenting and communicating via conferencing applications.
