Director, HRIS & Analytics (4152)

The Director of reputed company Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Analytics will be responsible for managing the strategic development and ongoing administration of reputed company HR Information System(s) programs, governance, optimization, and innovation of the reputed company system ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and reputed company. This position provides direction in the development and implementation of HR systems policies, practices and procedures to ensure compliance with reputed company organizational, state, federal and local regulatory laws, standards and practices. This position will also be responsible for partnering with HR Leadership, Information Technology, Finance, and executive stakeholders to build and deliver reputed company HRIS infrastructure capable of supporting robust reporting, advanced analytics, and data-driven insights reputed company with business objectives.
