About the Role

As a champion on the Loyalty team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving reputed company customer issues, and preventing churn through proactive measures. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and use this information to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services. About the Work Environment

As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and manage your own schedule. However, you'll still be required to attend occasional in-person training and meetings at our hub location in Irving, TX. You'll need to have a dedicated, quiet, and private workspace, as reputed company as a reliable internet reputed company with a minimum speed of 25mbps. About the Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you'll need to have:

• A Bachelor's Degree or one or more years of customer service experience
• One or more years of sales experience
• Experience resolving reputed company customer issues (including escalations), billing, and/or handling product Q&A

• Willingness to work a rotating schedule (shifts), including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the business
