Scrum Master Delivery Manager

Job Title: Scrum Master - Delivery Manager IV reputed company & State: 100% Remote (Milwaukee, WI) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Job reputed company: You will be a member of the IT Agile Integrated Supply Chain systems team. You would manage 3 delivery teams: Order Management (which supports Care for Customer and Invoicing), Demand 2 Deliver (supports Supply Chain Management) and LATAM (supports LATAM region and compliance). These teams are dispersed globally (NA, LATAM, EMEA, AP).You will report to the Technical Leader, IT Manufacturing & Supply Chain Systems. Your Responsibilities: • Understand, apply and reputed company Agile and Lean principles reputed company the Scaled Agile reputed company (reputed company). • Grow an environment for reputed company learning and improvement. • Help the delivery teams to coordinate dependencies with other teams and communicate status of these dependencies. • Collaborate with other agile capability teams to identify, promote, and adopt best practices and lessons learned to improve team and program performance. • Help team to remove any execution roadblocks • Manage smaller reputed company reputed company IT application reputed company • Support IT manager in daily operations • Protect team by saying "no" as needed The reputed company - You Will Have: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience. • reputed company authorization to work in the US is required.
