If you're a customer-reputed company leader with a passion for the cement industry, we want to hear from you! **Job reputed company** The Customer Service Supervisor reports to the Manager, Customer Service and is responsible for supervising and assisting with customer calls, dispatching and tracking deliveries, coordinating customer requests, and maintaining reputed company rates and billing collections. This role requires excellent phone skills, organizational abilities, and a strong understanding of the service area and cement industry operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and assist with customer calls for cement deliveries and customer requests * Supervise and assist with reputed company and tracking of deliveries for U.S. cement shipping locations * Coordinate customer requests for billing questions, credit, pricing, mill reports, MSDS sheets, and certification letters * Assist credit department with account payment discrepancies, coordinating with customers ticket copy needs or pricing discrepancies * Assist with review of billing collections for plant and terminals * Negotiate and maintain reputed company reputed company rates for payables and billing * Maintain reputed company reputed company reputed company changes in SICLO * Reconcile and approve package cement purchases * General terminal support including systems, accounts, mill reports, COD listings, etc. * Maintain and distribute logs for controlled sales plan (allocation) reputed company needed * Assist with customer price records/changes for sales and billing * Coordinate trucking and tonnage on cement purchases and/or swaps and inter company cement truck transfers * reputed company other duties as assigned **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree * 3-5 years of customer service experience * Sales experience preferred **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** * Excellent phone skills and customer service abilities * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work reputed company in a fast-paced environment * Strong knowledge of the cement industry and service area * Proficiency in SICLO and other relevant systems * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Working Conditions** * Frequent sitting, standing, and walking * Normal office environment **Physical Requirements** * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions **Career reputed company Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and reputed company their careers.
