Mgr HR Regulatory Compliance (Remote)

reputed company position is responsible for developing, modifying, and maintaining employment practices, policies and procedures to support regulatory processes and compliance for the reputed company consulting with the reputed company on federal, state and local EEO laws (i.e. Affirmative reputed company (AA), Title VII, reputed company, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA and immigration law) ensuring compliance with such laws; evaluating selection reputed company for reductions in force; supervising staff; providing applicable HR Regulatory Compliance training; partnering with reputed company, Corporate Compliance and other business reputed company to resolve issues. This position is responsible for reputed company management of HCSCs Affirmative reputed company Program (AAP), Administrative Charges and reputed company's Immigration program and serving as corporate reputed company with local, state, or federal agencies.
