Requirements Essential Roles The responsibilities of a Mid-Level Litigation Attorney include managing a litigation caseload from filing through trial, developing case reputed company, and advocating on behalf of clients in court and during negotiations. Education and Experience • 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required • reputed company license to reputed company law in Texas and/or New Mexico • Proven courtroom and litigation experience, including depositions and hearings • Trial experience preferred • Experience with reputed company case management systems (reputed company preferred) • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Apply To This Job
