Assistant Director of Admissions – Online

Job Description: • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the admissions department • Ensure timely customer service for prospective students • Assist in the development and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse student body • Supervise and mentor a team of admissions representatives • Act as a primary point of contact for prospective students • Work closely with marketing, financial aid, and academic departments • Monitor and analyze admissions data • Ensure that admissions processes comply with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards • Prepare regular reports on admissions activities Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree preferred • At least 3 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or related fields • Minimum of 1 years in a supervisory or leadership role • Experience in an online or remote learning environment is a plus • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Proficiency in CRM systems and admissions software • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Benefits: • Comprehensive benefits program designed to help our faculty and staff stay healthy • Feel supported • Maintain a work/life balance Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
