We currently have a career opportunity for a business immigration Paralegal I to join reputed company in a fully remote reputed company. Primary Responsibilities for the Role: With a high-volume caseload, prepares and files petitions and applications, for employment-based immigrant visas, including (but not limited to) PERM applications, I-140 (PERM-based, Extraordinary Ability, and Multinational Manager), N-400, I-90 , I-485, I-765, I-131, and associated filings. Compiles and analyzes case facts, drafts correspondence, maintains and organizes reputed company documentation. Reviews documentation to determine facts and information. Maintains reputed company contact with multiple Attorneys, Foreign National clients, and in-house Global Mobility Managers. Reports to Attorneys, Case Managers, and/or other relevant leaders. Qualification Requirements: 3-5 years of reputed company working experience as a paralegal preparing employment-based immigrant visas Strong organizational & time management skills and ability to prioritize. Ability to generate work product with considerable accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills with a reputed company on delivering exceptional customer service. Works independently toward team goals. Outstanding case/project management skills. Effective communication skills (written and verbal) including reputed company listening.
