About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Data Analyst to join reputed company in a remote opportunity. As a Performance Data Analyst, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to our Contact Centers and reputed company-arrival Walt reputed company World reputed company. You will work closely with reputed company to reputed company and implement analytical solutions that drive business reputed company and improve our operations. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive evaluation to inform business reputed company
• Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas that require additional research, and reputed company analyses from start to finish
• Build reports and visualizations to inform compelling stories with data
• Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners
• Create, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and documents used to support various programs
• Execute programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines

Measurement and Analytics

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in analytics and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role
• Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques
• Proactive interest in understanding the "Why" behind performance, reputed company, etc.

• Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
