Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting Analyst - Overnight/reputed company Shift - Remote in US
A reputable reputed company company is looking to bring on a 100% remote Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting Analyst for a reputed company shift role (1amEST to 10amEST) to help support clients in the European geography. They are looking for someone who is a great/strong communicator with the ability to troubleshoot systems and networks and reputed company as the first responder for triaging and resolving alerts from monitoring systems. Specifically someone who has experience with TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, routing, and networking protocols AND who has dealt directly with customers representing reputed company.
Again this is an overnight shift role, but provides a ton of reputed company opportunity and ability to grow with a reputed company reputed company reputed company brand.
Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelors Degree
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Background in networking foundations
• Monitoring tools
• Ability to work the overnight shift
