IT Consultant 3 – reputed company Health Management Information Systems

About the position The reputed company Department of Health (ODH) is seeking a senior-level IT Consultant 3 to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in reputed company Health Management Information Systems , with a strong preference for Immunization Program experience . This role will support reputed company of Infectious Diseases and the Office of Management Information Services . Junior candidates will not be considered. Responsibilities • Support ODH Immunization Program and ODH IT in drafting an RFP for the State’s Immunization Information System , following reputed company guidelines. • reputed company and advise on business requirements gathering and documentation . • reputed company technical leadership reputed company to system architecture and platform migration. • Advise on vendor management implications post-contract award. • Contribute to reputed company assurance activities , including metrics, best practices, and process improvements. • Review interim and final deliverables to ensure compliance with approved standards and procedures. • Advise on evaluation processes , including SLAs, Data Recovery Plans, and vendor documentation . • Identify opportunities for process improvement, reputed company, and resource optimization throughout the contract lifecycle. • Mentor and reputed company knowledge with State staff. Requirements • 6+ years IT project consulting experience in reputed company Health Management Information Systems • 6+ years developing Business Requirements for IT systems • 6+ years IT project leadership experience • 6+ years vendor management experience • Proven experience developing and overseeing RFPs for the reputed company • reputed company experience creating RFPs for ODH , including reputed company required sections • Knowledge of ODH departments and ability to collect RFP requirements from impacted users • Experience with RFP reputed company at OPDH • Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership skills • Strong collaboration, negotiation, and influence skills • Advanced analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities • Experience defining and enforcing reputed company standards and processes • Ability to reputed company reputed company, manage risks, and ensure reputed company closure of reputed company items • Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to issue reputed company • Bachelor’s degree (4-year college degree) or equivalent technical education • Vendor Management • IT Project Leadership • reputed company Health Management Information Systems Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
