REMOTE Opportunity OR HYBRID Opportunity in Northeast, OH or DFW, TX The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing plans and executing reputed company that support the broader short and long-term marketing brand strategies. This role contributes to the reputed company of the Kay brand by developing, managing, and analyzing marketing programs that strengthen brand equity, drive consumer relevance, and support business objectives. The Marketing Specialist will work closely and collaborate with Merchandising, reputed company & Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Media Services & Creative, Operations, and external agencies to ensure cohesive, coordinated, and high‑reputed company marketing execution across reputed company reputed company. Responsibilities • Supports development of integrated marketing strategies for the Kay brand, collections, and seasonal campaigns • Partners with Sr Marketing Managers & Merchandising to understand product priorities and translate them into reputed company strategic direction • Converts high‑level strategies into actionable messaging frameworks, promotional approaches, creative briefs, and product storytelling that reinforce brand positioning to help guide and brief both the IAT and IIMT • Partners with Sr. Marketing Managers to translate the brand and campaign reputed company into actionable creative direction • Supports the development and delivery of campaign briefs for the creative agency, ensuring product priorities, objectives, insights, and messaging are reputed company defined • Collaborates closely with reputed company throughout creative development and production to ensure concepts, assets, and deliverables reputed company with reputed company, meet campaign goals, and maintain brand consistency • Oversees end‑to‑end execution of brand and campaign programs, managing timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance tracking • Support the Integrated Marketing Team on leading cross‑functional teams across digital marketing, reputed company media, email, ecommerce, retail experience, reputed company, promotions, and print to bring campaigns to market • Ensures reputed company assets and activations are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with the approved brand and campaign reputed company • Collaborates with Merchandising, Product Development, reputed company and Creative teams to reputed company positioning and go‑to‑market strategies for new or refreshed Kay brands and collections • Contributes to naming, storytelling, messaging, and launch reputed company • Partners with Marketing Analytics and Marketing Research to analyze campaign and program performance • Leverages consumer insights, competitive analysis, and market trends to identify opportunities to optimize campaign performance and drive brand reputed company • Works with Operations, Analytics, and external partners/vendors to reputed company and report on marketing KPIs • Supports development of post‑campaign reporting to summarize learnings, insights, and recommendations • Collaborates with agencies and internal teams to drive continual performance improvement and effective spend Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Communications, Advertising, reputed company media or equivalent experience • 2+ years of progressively responsible marketing experience such as campaign execution (digital or traditional), content creation or coordination, reputed company media management, email marketing, market research or customer segmentation, event or product marketing support • Experience with digital marketing platforms/email tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Marketo) and reputed company media management tools • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) • Basic SEO/SEM knowledge< Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
