Our first ventures include: • Rqiip • AtheerB • Sparker We are looking for a VP of Founder Experience to help build one of the most founder-reputed company venture ecosystems in the region. This role is designed for someone who deeply understands: - founder psychology - startup pressure - venture scaling - leadership support systems - founder operations - ecosystem building - talent and advisor coordination - high-performance environments This is not a traditional HR or operations role.
